Dear All
Please see the Mandarin Chinese tutor opportunities detailed
below. Please contact Penny Godfrey at the address given if you are interested
or would like further details.
Best wishes
Katharine
A typical RiL CULP course is organised
over a school year and involves approximately 30 weekly lessons of up to two
hours duration. Lessons take place in the partner school or college at
the end of the school day. Courses also include up to three intensive
days, each offering five hours of language tuition. These normally take
place in the University of Cambridge Language Centre but could also take place
within partner universities across the region. Students supplement their
weekly lessons with online learning using CULP resources provided by the
University.
Successful
applicants will be willing to attend a three-day Tutor Training course led by
Senior Tutors at the University of Cambridge Language Centre from the 21st
– 23rd July 2009.
If
you are a Chinese tutor living in East Anglia with relevant experience of
teaching Mandarin Chinese to school and college students, we would be keen to
hear from you.
