In Plymouth we introduced a Nintendo Wii and games at Efford Library in
one of the pilot HeadSpace projects.

We consulted with the young people, first, on which console they would
use most, then gave them a budget and asked them to choose the games. We
continue to do this and it has worked well as the Wii is in constant use
at our sessions. Currently, guitar hero is very popular with both 11-14
and 15-19 age groups.

This process could be applied to other user groups visiting libraries
who I'm sure would be interested in helping you shop for specific games
and working with you to learn how to use them. Wii Sports is of course
free with the console and tends to appeal to fun-loving people of all
ages and abilities!

Hope this helps.

Subject: Nintendo Wii Games

Hello

We are planning on buying a Nintendo Wii for one of our library's. We
are currently deciding what games and accessories we should buy.

Please let me know of your thoughts and experiences on what we should be
looking at.

Thanks in advance
