Having recently implemented public WiFi access in some of our libraries, our thoughts are now turned to virus scanning as a result of a recent outbreak (caused elsewhere within the council). Although we're working on improving our virus scanning on our public PCs, we haven't been able to identify a suitable solution for devices connected to the public WiFi service.

Has anyone else considered this and found a solution? I'm hoping that there is perhaps a 'back-end' solution which safeguards against infection from machines connected this way. Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Richard.
