The West Country Division of the Career Development Group is offering to sponsor a full place to this year's Umbrella Conference which will take place on 14 - 15 July 2009 at the University of Hertfordshire, Hatfield. This includes travel, accommodation and entrance to the Conference, which is a total of up to £400, (inclusive of the early bird discount) for which you need to book your place before 1st May 2009. If you book after 1st May you will need to cover the loss of the early bird discount yourself. You must write a report on your experiences at Umbrella for our website and newsletter. This is only open to Career Development Group members who live or work in the West Country Division (i.e. not including Devon & Cornwall). If you would like to be considered for this sponsored place, please write a statement of no more than 500 words, about why you would like to go on to Umbrella and how it will benefit you professionally.
