The University of Leicester is advertising the following vacancy: Head of Library Academic Liaison University Library Salary Grade 9 - £46,278 to £52,086 p.a. Ref: L4152 To provide dynamic leadership to the development and implementation of the University Library's research, learning and teaching support strategies and to manage the Information Librarians' team. This senior role, reporting to the Director of Library Services, is based in the recently-opened, award-winning David Wilson Library. You will have the ability to contribute with vision to the management and development of the Library, and have excellent communication and presentational skills. A first degree, postgraduate qualification in librarianship or information science (or equivalent), and substantial recent experience of working at a senior level in an academic library or similar environment are essential.
