this leak about the possibility of an Elsevier/Springer/Wiley-Blackwell mega-merger.
Advice
to OA Advocates: Pay no attention. The merger is of no interest or
consequence for OA, which, as always, depends on one thing and one thing only: Mandating Green OA
self-archiving on the part of all universities and research funders.
