Please find below details of a current job vacancy for a Repository Support Officer (Technical) for the Welsh Repository Network (WRN) Enhancement Project based within Aberystwyth University.

Applications are invited for the fixed term post of Repository Support Officer (Technical) to assist the JISC funded Welsh Repository Network Enhancement Project, working to accelerate the development and uptake of repository services by Higher Education Institutions across Wales. Key duties will include support for repository customisation and integration and the development of service tools to enhance interfaces and usage. The role will involve frequent travel around Wales.

Candidates will possess excellent programming and web development skills and display an interest in repository development. The post is full-time until 31 March 2011 and the appointment will be made on Grade 6 (£24,877-£29,704).
