I'm trying to run ProbrackX with "multiple masks" option for which I've added 2 masks. The masks are 3 mm^3 ROIs placed in (1) occipital lobe and (2) in frontal lobe. 

Although I expect to see some obvious connections between the two lobes, almost all the subjects showed none. Can someone please help me to figure out what I may be doing wrong?
