Hi all I'm trying to work in MATLAB on data files from fsl the file that I'm currently working on - is : 'filtered_func_data.nii' (attached) from FEAT. How can I work on it in MATLAB? I looked for help in the help file in MATLAB but it doesn't know *.nii at all. Thank you Asaf
