I am trying to run an F-test to look for FA differences between 3 groups, but get the following error message: 8.54992e+08 permutations required for exhaustive test of t-test 1 Doing 500 random permutations Starting permutation 1 (Unpermuted data) ERROR: Program failed An exception has been thrown Logic error:- detected by Newmat: index error: requested indices = 1, 1 MatrixType = Rect # Rows = 0; # Cols = 1 Exiting Any ideas what might be wrong?
