Morning all,
Long time reader, first time poster here.
I was wondering if there was any other legislation relevant
to obtaining consent for photographs other than the DPA? Principles 2, 3, 5, &
6 and maybe some others seem to cover it, but I wanted to make sure there wasn’t
anything else that needed to be considered.
