Did you try running src/ccpnmr/bin/dataShifter or were you just running the script as python src/ccpnmr/ccpnmr2.0/python/ccpnmr/format/gui/DataShifter.py The dataShifter script in the bin directory (which in turn runs DataShifter.py) should have the PYTHONPATH set, and if you were using this method then for some reason that PYTHONPATH is probably wrong (so edit the script and change it). If you were running DataShifter.py directly then use dataShifter instead.
