hello Crystallographers I have generated a solvent mask by CNS ,how can I open the .mask file with COOT? The mask file generated by CNS is different from CCP4. The mask fomat of CCP4 is mask.msk,and I can choose open map to open it in COOT. but I cann't open CNS format .mask with COOT, it did not recoganize the fomat. Thanks and regards!
