Launch of UK ENBIS on Thursday June 18th 2009 in Manchester, UK ENBIS - the European Network for Business and Industrial Statistics - is the platform where applied statisticians and statistical practitioners meet. The newly created UK regional network, UK-ENBIS, will be launched at "Quality by Design: Linking Production & Development in High-Tech Manufacturing" an event sponsored by SAS JMP in Manchester. Shirley Coleman and John Logsdon will give a brief overview of the ENBIS organisation, its mission, achievements, events, their collaboration with JMP and plans for the future.
