Dear Julie,

The best reference available on beaver finds and re-introduction is Bryony Coles' book Beavers in Britain (Oxbow Books/WARP, 2006).

Best wishes,

Jørn Zeiler

Subject: [ZOOARCH] beavers

Dear Zooarchers,

Does anyone know of any beaver finds in the UK, particularly East Anglia?

I have to do a radio interview in the morning on the possible re-introduction of beavers and history of beavers locally. I have never found any beaver bones and cannot think of any local finds.

Any help appreciated!

Best wishes, Julie
