Hi Julie,
Julie Bond identified some burnt beaver bones in an Anglo-Saxon cremation burial at Spong Hill and Clutton-Brock (1976: 391) suggests that there were beaver fur artefacts found at Sutton Hoo.

Does anyone know of any beaver finds

I have to do a radio interview in the morning on the possible re-introduction of beavers and history of beavers locally. I have never found any beaver bones and cannot think of any local finds.
