Dear Henrique

The error means that spm_global and possibly other functions as well
are not compiled for your system. SPM includes compiled binaries for a
wide variety of systems so perhaps these have either been removed from
your distribution or the included binaries do not cover your system OS
type. In either case you will probably have to compile the files
located in the SPM5/src directory.

See http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/SPM for various installation and
compiling hints and/or search through the spm listserv for the term
compile.
