Hello again! There were some errors in the recording of dicom files . Now I have 299 dicom files. After the convertation process they transform into 26 (1x2 - B0 + 12x2 - B1-12) files. My actions: - Entering source images ( all 13 img files) - Entering B-values: 0 900 900 900 900 900 900 900 900 900 900 900 900 - Entering known gradient values (Which was taken by "spm_dicom_headers"): 0.8944 0.4472 -0.0001 - Starting the processing Then an error appears again: Error running job: Error using ==> textscan First input must be of type double. ??? Reference to non-existent field 'stack'. Error in ==> spm_jobman>run_struct at 1511 for i=1:length(er.stack) ??? Error while evaluating uicontrol Callback. _________________________________________ What must I do?
