Dear all,
I am having a problem inputting contrasts into contrast manager. I have 9
conditions. For some reason I cannot enter a contrast if it has more than
two characters, e.g. [1 -1] is OK but [1 0 -1] is reported as an invalid
contrast.
I am running SPM5 on Matlab 7.0.4 and understand that there have been a
few problems with JAVA. However, I am running "feature('JavaFigures,0')"
before running SPM and this makes no difference.
Any help would be extremely appreciated as I am completely stuck at the
moment.
