The event was hailed a great success and very much enjoyed by all. Past delegates have referred to the event as a 'must' for anyone within the medical sociology arena and those within closely related fields. For 2009 our plenary speakers are Joan Busfield, University of Essex and Evan Willis, Latrobe University, Australia The annual conference provides delegates with the opportunity to discuss the discipline's 'hot topics' within a real community of medical sociologists.
