You would probably be best to order a trial copy of the book and have a look at it -- I'm sure the publisher would do that.    It's 'themed' for example 'colours', 'weather' 'directions' so you could dip in and out of it in lesson time, chosing what topic you want to do.  But the students could work through other chapters in their own study time or, if they prefer,  work through the book methodically from start to finish.
 
 The last section concentrates on signs and has lots of photos of street signs, banks, toilets, shops etc.  Each chapter has reading and writing exercises and puzzles.
