Dear Emmie,
There was an interesting project in Plymouth in 2008 called Hidden City which included a number of creative ways of approaching heritage in the City. It was organised by Part Exchange Co. and they are planning to run the festival every 2 years, funding permitting.

The website for the project is hiddencityfestival.org.uk
I am hoping that Plymouth Museum & Art Gallery will be more involved in 2010.

I hope that this is of interest.
Kind regards
Judith

Hi Everyone

Can anyone recommend any good heritage trails - I'm particularly interested in innovative approaches.  I've been told about the Hidden Histories project in Southampton which sounds really interesting http://www.thenextlayer.org/node/332  if there's anything else anyone can recommend I'd be really interested to hear about it.

Thanks a lot

Emmie
