Hello FSL/TBSS experts, I have performed a simple correlation analysis on a TBSS dataset following the suggested methods found on TBSS homepage and have found a significant inverse correlation. However, now I am interested to find out if there is a way to extract a Pearson r for my significant clusters. Does anyone have a suggestion of the best way to go about this? Thanks, Robert
