In collaboration with GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), who are funding the position, we are seeking applications for a Research Associate to work in the Department of Clinical Neuroscience within the Division of Neuroscience and Mental Health. 

 

The main purpose of this post is to develop methods to infer on functional and effective connectivity, and how connectivity is modulated by behavioural and pharmacological manipulations.  The candidate will work closely with GSK investigators on analyzing existing data and developing new studies.   

 

The successful candidate will have a PhD in image analysis, statistics, or related quantitative field, with a combination of experience in fMRI and functional connectivity.

 

The appointment is for a period of 18 months in the first instance. The post holder will be based at the GSK Clinical Imaging Centre at the Hammersmith Hospital Campus, located in East Acton, and will work closely with the GSK team at Greenford.
