Hi, When I ran bedpostx from the command line, the following message was displayed [(subjectdir) below has replaced the actual subject directory name and the path]: subjectdir is (subjectdir)/DTI Making bedpostx directory structure Queuing preporcessing stages Queuing parallel processing stage Queuing post processing stage Type (subjectdir)/DTI.bedpostX/monitor to show progress. Type (subjectdir)/DTI.bedpostX/cancel to terminate all queued tasks. You will get an email at the end of the post-processing stage. I typed the line shown above to monitor progress, but nothing was displayed in the window. I'm wondering if anyone has an idea why it failed or how to make it work. Also the message above says that I will get an e-mail at the end of the post-processing stage, but how does the bedpostx find out my e-mail address? I didn't get any e-mail after all, but this seems to be a very neat feature, so I'd like to take advantage of it. Could someone let me know how to make this feature work?
