Hi Jen,<br><br>I might be wrong, but I don&#39;t remember I&#39;ve ever seen a fsl function to extract the median.<br><br>However, if you have AFNI, you can do &quot;3dROIstats&quot; or &quot;3dmaskave&quot;, both have option of median extraction included.<br>

fslmeants will allow me to extract the mean timeseries for an ROI mask from<br>
with in feat directories where feat preprocessing has been applied.<br>

Is there a way to get the median or maximum value for this ROI which will be<br>
more representative of significant voxels in the ROI?<br>

i see no documentation for fslmediants. Please help..I am interested in<br>
extracting median time series data from ROIs but not running a glm.<br>
