Hi,

Thanks a lot.

But my question is that when I use fslview with dti_FA and fdt_path images, isn't it supposed to be like color map on the reference? I was expecting something like that, but mine is not like that. So I am wondering whether my FA image has some problem. What does normally FA image look like?

Thanks,

Mi Jung

Hi!

It depends on if you want to present the path in front of the subjects dti_FA or in front of the MNI template.
In the first case it is very easy:
fslview <path>dti_FA.nii.gz -b 0,1 <path>fdt_path.nii.gz

In the second case you 'll need to register the paths first to the MNI template (using FLIRT or applaywarp).

Cheers,
Markus

Hi,

I have fdt_paths images. I wanted to use fslview to visualize path images.
Like many examples shown in websites, I wanted to place my path images on
reference image with color code. Can I do that or I miss some processing
procedures?

Thanks,

Mi Jung
