Dear FSL experts, I have a problem in spatial normalization of T1 image. My voxel size of T1 image is 1.75*1.75*1.75 and I try to normalize to MNI template with voxel size of 2*2*2 mm. I run flirt and it look ok at this stage. Then I try to use default config for T1 normalization but some subjects' T1 seem strange in cortex (like little regularisation change). I wonder if anyone can prove a more stable config file for 2 mm spatial normalization ? or which parameter I should change. thanks in advance kl chen
