Hi FSLers, I finally went through bedpostx and wanted to do probtrackx. My data is from capillary phantom whose size is 8mm inplane and 50mm in length. The voxel is 1x1x2.4mm. Do you have any thought how to set the parameters? I haven't done this before. Sincerely, Mi Jung
