Hi all, I want to use the method in Woolrich 2001 to pre-whiten data for the subsequent statistical analysis (without design.mat). I have checked out the potential commands: film_gls -rn stats -ac -sa -output_pwdata filtered_func_data.nii.gz Is it the one which Woolrich mentioned in his paper that uses Tukey tapering (default option) combined with spatial smoothing (-sa) to estimate the autocorrelation?
