Hi Alexander!

This mostly is not an error to worry about. Have a look at the output of bedpostx (the bedpostx.bedpost - Dierctory). If you can see that there are all files complete then everything is all right.

Dear FSL experts!

Excuse me for a stupid question. I have some problems with FDT toolbox... I can't execute "EDPOSTX: Estimation of diffusion parameters" process with
FSL feeds data (fdt_subj1). Error appears in the end of the processing:

Errors: /usr/local/fsl/bin/bedpostx: line 220: 1498 Terminated
${subjdir}.bedpostX/monitor

What is wrong with it?
