Hi,

Thanks a lot.

But my question is that when I use fslview with dti_FA and fdt_path images,
isn't it supposed to be like color map on the reference? I was expecting
something like that, but mine is not like that. So I am wondering whether my
FA image has some problem. What does normally FA image look like?

Thanks,

Mi Jung
