Hi, here's an example call from FEAT:

/usr/local/fsl/bin/film_gls -rn stats -sa -ms 5 filtered_func_data  
design.mat 1000.0

So I think you're on the right track but you need the "-ms 5" to set  
the smoothing size as well.
