Hi Svenja,

if you build surfaces we distribute probabilistic surface maps for the BA 
labels that are surprisingly accurate (see
https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/ftp/articles/ba_maps2007.pdf)

I think they also distribute a volumetric atlas, but the spatial 
probabilities are quite blurry.
