If the gentleman concerned was indeed caught "in flagrante delicto" I don't see how Google can be to blame.  Did they him drive there?  Did they chat up the other woman for him?  No.  Had his wife happened down that street, that day in the back of a cab, would it be the cabby's fault for his choice of route...?
