Dear all Hot on the heels of Harry Wray's excellent 'Pedal Power: The Quiet Rise of the Bicycle in American Public Life', there's another book just out charting and seeking to understand the irresistible rise of the bicycle in American urban, public life (a trend which, I'd hazard, can be seen in many other more affluent parts of the world).
