| Further to my previous comment about the so-called 'greening' of current processes rather than altering them, I would add this : Unless we deal with WAR, and put a complete stop to it, we are going nowhere near dealing with anything. We MUST end the military industry, and make it impossible for the US/UK/China/Russia/France (security council) etc to wage war on any level.... This is a more serious immediate threat to people and children TODAY....Iraq, Afghanistan, Darfur, Gaza, Georgia, and eslewhere wars are being fought, and are being directed by the powers .... and is being all but ignored by the climate change debate.... While we have been debating, millions are being killed by weapons made in factories, funded by taxpayers.... If we even start to link the two issues and demand they be faced , then we can show the world that we care, that we are truely serious, and that we can work together....
