Hi, I am looking at the "residue density fit"s in my protein, but am not sure what these numbers actually are. They are not real space R factors because higher is better, but they are not correlation coefficients because some are greater than one. I have checked the documentation for Coot but have not found a definition. Your help will be appreciated. Dale Tronrud
