Vacancy - Head of East Lancashire Public Health Resource and Intelligence Centre (ELPHRIC), which provides public health advice and analysis to NHS East Lancashire. The post-holder will be a key senior manager within the Public Health directorate. The role provides strategic leadership and management of the public health intelligence function of the PCT.
