What I often do with samples is pop out the gonads from each individual (so each gonad chunk is one individual) and soak the whole lot in EtOH for several days, then pour off the ethanol and wrap the moist tissues in damp paper and place within multiple layers of plastic bags or a plastic bottle. Alternatively, I could send you tubes filled with DMSO which will preserve them fine. What would work best for you? 

If you can send them DHL or FEDEX and tick the box, "recipient pays" and use the appropriate account number then the charges will come straight to me. Also, the attached documents should be printed out and included in the package.
