I am hoping someone can direct me to a good place to find toolboxes for mouse brain imaging.  Is there a source for atlases, etc?  Are there other specific mouse tools?

Also, I am still a newbie, and I have to ask a question about alternate sources of data.  Our mouse brain images will come from light and fluorescent microscopy of thin sections, be assembled in Matlab from TIF images.  Will I be able to convert that easily to a format that is easily analyzed in SPM?

Thanks

Paul
