Depends on the meaning of "change the order".

The interpretation I'm thinking of is that you want to rotate the axes.  One 
way to accomplish that would be to use the "Display" button, then "Reorient."  
Note that SPM takes inputs in radians, so instead of 90 degrees, you'd use 
pi/2.  (SPM/matlab is able to evaluate the expression and replace the 
token "pi" by its value.)

Just make sure, when it asks  you, to reorient _all_ the images, including the 
one you displayed.
