** Last chance to register for the Next Generation Technologies in
Practice conference, 11th March 2009, Burleigh Court, Loughborough
University **

Highlighting a range of major developments in multimedia social
technologies, social networking and communities, virtual worlds and next
generation skills, and specifically themed around the 'evaluation,
impact and effect' of such technologies, the event also invites you to
debate with us how we can make real best use of these technologies in
today's higher and further education.

If you are interested, whether in a senior managerial or practitioner
capacity, in the impact new technologies can have on the lives of
students, researchers and teaching or administrative staff, this event
is for you!
The conference, which focuses on outputs from JISC's Users and
Innovation programme and its community of practice 'Emerge', runs from
10am to 4pm and is free to attend - sign up for those last few places
today! http://www.jisc.ac.uk/events/2009/03/ngtip
