I don’t know if the TII people would approve of this, but
just create an class and assignment under an arbitrary title (e.g.
mydocs/mydocs) and upload as you would for a student essay – I’ve
done this with extensive course lecture notes bequeathed by a colleague whose
modules I took over (and it’s astounding how many students lean, far too
heavily, on these for their coursework).
