I wonder if anyone has a questionnaire that they would be willing to share to save me re inventing one?
We are undertaking health surveillance on dockers who do a lot of manual handling and I would like a way to review neck/arms/back/legs in one questionnaire - all I have is a wruld one.
any assistance much appreciated. Have tried internet-with some very odd results!!
