anyone know of a Recruitment Consultant (Occupational Health) who is looking
for a change?
PAM Healthcare is the Recruitment Division
of People Asset Management. We specialise in the recruitment of
Occupational Health staff throughout the UK and work with many well known
companies.
Due to a very successful 2008 we are now
recruiting a further Recruitment Consultant to join our team to continue this
success. We are looking for a pro-active and motivated individual who has
previous recruitment experience within a specialised market – ideally
occupational health.
This role would ideally be based at our new
offices in Warrington (moving into these offices beginning of March) but for a
Consultant who has proven experience within the Occupational Health field then
the location could possibly be negotiable (ie home based).
Our Recruitment Team is managed by myself
and I also have a Recruitment Consultant and Recruitment Assistant whom you
will work alongside.
You will be given a warm desk and expected
to meet monthly targets, build on relationships with existing clients and bring
on new business to help make 2009 even more successful than 2008.
We offer a competitive basic salary, an
excellent commission structure which is uncapped, quarterly incentive
programmes, flexible working, company mobile phone and pension scheme.
