Gwahoddiad i wneud cais am Raglen Arweinyddiaeth Clore

"Dyw'r galw am arweinwyr pwerus, annibynnol, llawn dychymyg, ym maes y celfyddydau erioed wedi bod yn fwy. Mae angen arweinyddiaeth ar sawl lefel, ac mae llu o gyfleoedd ar gael i'r rhai sy'n cyfuno amrywiaeth eang o sgiliau proffesiynol â rhinweddau personol rhagorol."

Mae'n bleser gennym gyhoeddi ein bod yn gwahodd ceisiadau ar hyn o bryd ar gyfer Cymrodoriaethau 2009/10 ar Raglen Arweinyddiaeth Clore.

Lluniwyd Rhaglen Arweinyddiaeth Clore er mwyn helpu i ddatblygu gwybodaeth, sgiliau, rhwydweithiau a phrofiad darpar arweinwyr ar draws amrywiaeth eang o weithgarwch diwylliannol.

Bydd pob Cymrawd yn cael rhaglen wedi'i theilwra'n arbennig iddo ef, a fydd yn para blwyddyn neu fwy, ac a fydd yn dechrau ym mis Medi 2009. Bydd y rhaglen yn cynnwys:

• Dau gwrs preswyl dwys ar arweinyddiaeth
• Datblygiad proffesiynol drwy fentora, hyfforddiant a dysgu mewn grwpiau
• Amser i fyfyrio, gwneud gwaith ymchwil a chynnal trafodaethau
• Cyfnod i gael secondiad, yn cynnwys profiad o reoli ar brosiect lefel uchel

An invitation to apply for the Clore Leadership Programme

We are pleased to announce that we are currently inviting applications for 2009/10 Fellowships on the Clore Leadership Programme.

The Clore Leadership Programme is designed to help develop the knowledge, skills, networks and experience of potential leaders across a wide range of cultural activity.

Each Fellow will have an individually tailored programme, lasting a year or longer, and starting in September 2009. This will include:

• Two intensive residential leadership courses
• Professional development through mentoring, tuition and group learning
• Time for reflection, research and debate
• A period of secondment, including experience of managing a high level project.

The closing date for applications is 2 March 2009 by 12 noon.
