Salary Scale: c £43,000 per annum

(Inclusive of London Weighting)

 

The Trust is looking for a person to undertake the overall strategic management and organisational change taking it into its next stage of development to deliver a more vibrant, wider reaching and effective organisation.

You must demonstrate:

• A strong commitment to social justice and equalities
• A background in leadership and organisational management
• 5 years experience in a senior management position
• Extensive knowledge of  health and social care issues  for BME communities
• Experience and knowledge of the voluntary sector
• Experience of fundraising
