Does anyone out there have any formula for calculating the levels of staffing required in a multi service point library which takes into account annual leave as a variation? I am trying to ensure that annual leave is allocated fairly through the year particularly in the high demand period of summer and to have some objective measure of how this can be achieved other than by experience and in house knowledge of the service would be helpful.
