Hello All,

Does anyone have any experience of systems used for booking student study 
rooms?  We currrently require students to either visit or phone an enquiry desk 
to book rooms and the bookings are then recorded on a spreadsheet.  As the 
number of bookable rooms has recently increased, we are considering 
replacing this system and I would be interested to hear of any experiences of 
using different systems that anyone can share.  The following questions are of 
particular interest:  
 
•	Who makes the bookings,( i.e. library staff or students)? 
•	Is it a paper or online system?
•	If online, was it designed in house or purchased externally?
•	Do library staff issue keys or are the rooms left unlocked?
